OME. Lame.

Assalammualaikum people.

Recently, I've watched quite number of videos in youtube. And alhamdulillah, Allah made me discovered a very talented girl named Adibah. She was a debater . English debater. And she made few videos in English, mostly talking about the hijab and fashion. And, her English was amazing. Seriously, she was very inspiring! It just that, it is such a good oppurtunity for us if we can talk in english fluently. just like what my friend said yesterday, "english is an oppurtunity language. Its actually give you many advantages just by able to talk fluently"

Fullstop.

Semakin aku sedar, usage aku in English sangat la terhad. Yep. and bila nak direnung kembali, the moment aku actually find the confident untuk talk in English with other people was at school (seseri) , bila English Department anjurkan English Day every Monday and Thursday ( kalau x salah la..) . Der.. itu pun bila dah form 5, baru jumpa the strength and confident nak cakap in English. But somehow, my English ternyata very poor. Miskin vocab aku nih.

So, semakin menginjak dewasa, kesedaran terhadap kepentingan berbahasa Inggeris semakin memuncak.
Yelah, kalau nak memahami orang lain cakap English tu no hal. Memang kawe pahe je. Tapi nak apply balik tu, kadang-kadang tergeliat je lidah ni. Mungkin la ade la bunyi-bunyi ala British accent tu en, sebab dah memang berlatih accent tu dari kecik, but somehow, yeah, like I mentioned before, my English is lack of vocab . resulting lah ayat yang berterabur dan tidak tersambung.

Well, as for this new sem, we got new lecturer, senior lecturer for our BEL311. She was very motherly and seriously want to teach us English. Hm.. She always encourage us to talk in English, enhance our pronounciation, and always suruh pegi cakap kat depan. Fuuh. Ala-ala public speaking le kome weyh..

The more I watched videos in youtube, the more I discovered that malay girls have millions videos on hijab tutorials, songs cover with them playing the guitar, or any other they called it as 'talents videos'. And very lack of videos that actually showing these malay girls shout out their opinion and beneficial issues. And boleh nampak la actually apa yang ada dalam typical malay girl punya otak ... Well, yes, we do have Anwar Hadi, Mat Lufi, Maria Elena. But, takkan nak depends pada diorang je.

And now, i realised we do have Adibah Awang with her amazing English and brilliant comment on Hijab issue, Aisyah Syakirah with her promotion on "Head Tent" . Yeah, these girls, they spread their dakwah through youtube, which not malay girls are able to do so, even me. Big courage and will are needed in making a video.

we need to be mentally prepared with all negative comments and boicott maybe. And yeah, be prepared to be well-known by others. That is the hardest part kot. nak jadi femes memang senang, nak jaga hati tu payah. And bila dah femes, tunggu jelah, orang akan nak menyibuk dalam hidup kita 24/7. Habis semua benda nak di-stalknya.

Fuuh.

Seriously, i know my english is still suck. especially in writing. blargh. well its okay. one step at a time.
long way to go.

Alhamdulillah, the result was out. I am able to stay to finish my foundation. A memory that I carve in my heart.
